Your Right to Data Deletion

At MR Shop, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

What Data We Store

When you use MR Shop, we may collect and store the following information:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Profile photo (if provided via social login)
• Order history and delivery addresses
• Wishlist and cart items
• Communication records with customer support

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through the following methods:

Method 1: Through Your Account

1. Log in to your MR Shop account
2. Go to Your Profile
3. Click on "Settings" or "Account Settings"
4. Select "Delete Account" and follow the instructions

Method 2: Contact Us Directly

If you cannot access your account, send a data deletion request to:

• Email: deletion@mrshopbangladesh.com
• Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Email Address]"
• Facebook: Message us on Facebook

What to Include in Your Request

Please include the following information in your deletion request:

• Your registered email address
• Your name associated with the account
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• Your account will be permanently deactivated
• All personal information will be removed from our active systems
• You will no longer be able to access your order history
• Any pending orders will be handled according to our return policy

Exceptions

We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records for financial compliance (up to 7 years)
• Data necessary to resolve disputes
• Data required for legal obligations

Third-Party Data

If you signed in using Facebook, we will also delete any data received from Facebook's login API, including your Facebook user ID and profile information.
